****The district has given us an additional requirement this year for those cadets leaving a meet with their parents, friends, etc.  I must have a note in writing if you plan on allowing your cadet to leave the meet to ride home with a friend, family member or relative. We ask that this be keep to a minimum since all cadets need to come back to KC to put away equipment after each meet.

If you are going to taking your cadet from the meet after the competition is over, please drop me a note to let me know in advance.  As always, I will need face to face contact with you when releasing the cadets at the meet.

Military Ball:

The Military Ball is mandatory for all cadets and one of the grandest events of the year.  The event is a formal or semi-formal dress, formal dinner complete with entertainment. This is a cadet only event.  Adult chaperones will monitor the evening's activities.

Dining-Out:

The Dining-Out is a formal dinner and is a time-honored tradition. It is designed to promote military camaraderie and cohesiveness as a unit.  A guest speaker is invited to be our guest and to meet each of the cadets and their families. The year in pictures is presented and a tribute to our graduating seniors is a special part of the evening. This tradition is celebrated by all military services. The event is usually held in April/May and is mandatory for all cadets.  Family and friends are invited to attend.
